What to expect
Each session is an hour long. I work with the issues you bring to the session ensuring it stays focused on you. If you find it difficult to talk through your problems, I can use other means of therapy to help you understand your thoughts and feelings such as drawing, sand therapy, or mind mapping out your thoughts. You can be assured we will find a way that is right for you.
It can be scary coming to counselling but the fact that you reading this means you have made the biggest step of all through deciding you need help. I hope that over time you and I will build a professional therapeutic relationship where you will feel comfortable and at ease to talk freely and openly about your problems.

Counselling can take place in a number of ways at a time to suit you. Face-to-face at my practice in Wisborough green (RH14 0EP) but if this isn't right for you then Skype/FaceTime or telephone counselling are all available. Whatever medium you choose you can be assured that all sessions are safe, secure, confidential and non-judgemental.
My clients often ask how many sessions will I need. This is a difficult one to answer as it depends on each individual. person but an average course is around six sessions.
